The line is for straight bars sizing, sawing, stripping rib and threading.

Adopts Taiwan pneumatic system.

The threading system of  the line has a dual-stage chain type storage platform and two sets of horizontal rabar conveying tracks, able to complete the whole processing cycle without manual intervention.

The electric control system adopt PLC. Rebar number and specification can be set, with the function of memory an storage.
